GnR Residential Plus Cleaning Service Inc.
GnR Residential Plus Cleaning Service Inc. (the "Company") agrees to provide residential cleaning services as scheduled.
Services are limited to the tasks agreed upon at the time of booking.
For the safety of our staff, we do not move furniture over 25 lbs, clean biohazards (e.g., mold, pest infestations, bodily fluids), or use ladders taller than two steps.
Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If the cleaner (e.g., Barb) is locked out or unable to enter the premises for any reason, a $120.00 lockout fee will apply immediately to cover labor and travel costs.
The service environment must be safe and professional. GnR Residential Plus reserves the right to remove staff from the premises immediately if they are subjected to harassment, verbal abuse, or an unsafe environment.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
The Company's total liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of the performance of services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service date in question.
Any damage must be reported to GnR Residential Plus in writing within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for damage reported after this window or for damage caused by "normal wear and tear" (e.g., aged grout, loose fixtures, or improperly installed items).
Items of extreme monetary or sentimental value should be stored away. The Company is not liable for the breakage of unrestrained or fragile items not disclosed by the Client.
The Client acknowledges that GnR Residential Plus has invested significantly in the training and placement of its staff. The Client agrees not to hire, solicit, or engage any staff member of the Company (current or former) for private cleaning services for a period of one (1) year following the last date of service. Violation of this clause results in a placement fee of $2,500.00 due immediately.
Both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve any service issues.
The Client agrees to provide the Company a reasonable opportunity (minimum 48 hours) to rectify any service complaints before posting public feedback.
The Client acknowledges that publishing false statements of fact that cause financial harm to GnR Residential Plus Cleaning Service Inc. may result in legal action for defamation.
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement or refuse service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, non-payment, safety concerns, or a breakdown in the professional relationship.
